As there is no talking allowed in the Sistine Chapel your guide will prepare you here for the many fascinating details you otherwise might miss on your own.

• LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS. Please ensure your arrival at least 15 minutes before the starting time 

• For visiting The Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica there is a STRICT DRES's CODE. Shoulders and knees MUST be covered. No shorts or sleeveless shirts. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

• Please be prepared to wait for 10-20 minutes due to the strict security check at the Vatican Entrances.

• The guided tour duration is 2.5 hours inside the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel. All visitors can stay as long as they want inside the St. Peter’s Basilica till it closes, even after the tour ends. 

• Infant under the age group between 0 of 6 years can enter the Vatican for FREE without any reservation 

• Please bring a valid document (ID where the date of birth is shown) for minors under the age group of 7 to18 years  to get reduced prices on the tickets 

• Under the age of 25 to get the reduced prices on the tickets, please bring a valid International Student  Identity Card and photo ID card(Where the date of birth is shown).

• Please note that opening hours and closures of the Vatican City may vary due to special events 

• Access to the St. Peter’s Basilica and St. Peter’s square is likely to remain CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS due to the Papal Audience 

• NOT wheelchair accessible due to uneven surfaces inside the Vatican City 

• Please note that large bags/suitcases/backpacks are not permitted inside the Vatican City although cloakrooms are available at the museum entrance 

• SUNDAYS the Vatican museums and Sistine chapel remains closed. 

• We organize VIP Tour in the Portuguese language which is starting at 15.30 if it is highly demanded. We recommend our client to the book tour for the Portuguese language starting at 12:30.
